National Labour Inspectorate audit
To confirm the highest safety standards, we underwent an audit by the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) covering occupational safety in small workplaces - with a positive result.
HEALTH
A good Employee is a healthy and safe Employee
88% of our Employees are qualified first responders - they have completed a Qualified First Aid course and passed the exams. The full course is 66 hours, including 41 hours of hands-on training in saving health and life.
Such a high share of first responders in our workplace makes our Employees safer both at work and in their private lives.

“Don’t waste it, use it”
Excess heat generated during milling and turning is used by heat pumps to heat domestic hot water.

The company is lit exclusively with energy-efficient LED lighting - the workshop, the office and the outdoor areas.

Reactive power compensation
To minimise electrical energy losses we have installed reactive power compensators. As a result we do not generate interference in the power grid and do not draw reactive power, which minimises transmission losses in the grid.
WATER
Water management
Rainwater from the roofs of the office and the production hall is collected in underground tanks with a capacity of 36,000 litres. This provides a water reserve for watering green areas.
GROUNDS
Land use
Our car parks are built from grass pavers to maximise water retention.
Paved areas have been kept to a minimum in favour of green areas.
PRODUCTION
Coolants
For milling, turning and cutting we use top-quality coolants, so the coolant does not need to be replaced.
PRODUCTION
Cleaning cloths and workwear
We use reusable cotton cleaning cloths. This has brought our use of disposable cloths contaminated with oil-based waste down to zero. Dirty cloths go to specialist laundries equipped with advanced water and air treatment systems, so that the washing process is as environmentally friendly as possible.
The same applies to our Employees’ workwear - it is washed by specialist laundries with full recovery of water and oil-based contaminants.
